Companion planting has played a vital role in the survival of people throughout history. When companion plantings are used they help one another grow, thrive and produce higher yields efficiently and with little impact on the environment.
I find when I sit down to start one of these presentations that I want to tell a story. The overall point being that we can all enjoy growing some of our own food and by doing so reap the multiple rewards that vegetable gardening brings to our bodies and our souls.
